Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Manteca, CA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services as needed to enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a unified customer experience

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with flexibility to work from home (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex products or services

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (if applicable)
