Job Summary

As a Fully Remote Customer Outbound Agent, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, handling customer issues and complaints, and meeting sales targets on time. If you're a motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets on time and consistently exceed performance expectations
  • Work with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in a remote sales or customer-facing role

  • Certification in sales or customer service
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals
