Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and growth. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
