Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. You'll also be responsible for communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, as well as helping them navigate our website and online ordering system.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
