Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using technology and software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
