Responsibilities
As a Sales & Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective arenaflex customers - Working diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary - Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet customer needs - Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service - Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
Qualifications & Skill Sets
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment - Dedication to providing a positive customer experience - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once - Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications - Accountability and reliability - Property/Casualty Insurance License - High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus - 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required - Demonstrated job stability and attendance records - Remote working experience a plus - Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education - Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays - Hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (if living near arenaflex office location) or 100% work from home (if outside of arenaflex office location) - Annual Performance Bonus Potential - Competitive benefit programs, including multiple health, dental, and vision insurance plan options, optional life, disability, and AD&D insurance, 401(k) with employer match contributions, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PTO, corporate holidays, and floating holidays
