Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. With a focus on delivering legendary service, you will become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer complex questions and provide confident solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
