Experienced Data Entry Administrator – QIC DME Program Support

Job Description

As a Data Entry Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our QIC DME program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering accurate and timely data into computer programs
  • Producing and maintaining data reports, and alerting management to inconsistencies or issues
  • Performing database queries to assist with analysis and reporting
  • Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness
  • Undertaking special projects, and providing periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project
  • Performing audits of your own work and that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
  • Assisting in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management
  • Providing assistance with decision notification, including mailing decision letters to all parties and faxing decision letters
  • Accurately updating the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
  • Demonstrating and maintaining appropriate judgment with confidential information
  • Determining if work assignments need supervisor intervention
  • Performing other duties as may be assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years

Home Office Requirements

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity)

  • Minimum 5mbps upload speed
  • Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
  • Private work area and adequate power source
  • Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with database management and data analysis
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
