The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their insurance needs are met. You will work diligently to find resolutions to customer concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service.

Responsibilities

- Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary. - Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer. - Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service. - Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer.

Qualifications/Skill Sets

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. - Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience. - Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. - Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once. - Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications. - Accountable and reliable.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus! - Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license within 90 days of employment). - Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required - 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required. - Demonstrated job stability and attendance records - Remote working experience a plus - Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills - US Work Authorization required. arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future.
