Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers to resolve issues, answer product and pricing questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert through comprehensive training and ongoing support
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
