Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate responses to their queries
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow with our company

Work Environment
Our Reno branch is located at 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV 89506, and we're open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to deliver exceptional customer service.
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22 to $27 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. As you grow and develop your skills, you'll have opportunities to advance your career and increase your earning potential.
