Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and providers, resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely, accurate, and personalized manner. You'll leverage various communication channels to provide exceptional support, leveraging your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first-line advocate for resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for members and/or providers

  • Utilize a variety of communication channels to provide timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

* Call Center Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a call center environment

  • Medical/Healthcare Industry Experience: Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Data Entry: Proficient in data entry and able to accurately and efficiently enter information into various systems
  • Multitasking: Ability to interact and multitask using multiple systems and programs simultaneously
  • Entry-level position typically requiring little or no previous experience: We're open to candidates with equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill reflective of the level of this position

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
