Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York City, NY. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously seeking out opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements to management
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus
