Job Summary:

We're hiring an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs while guiding them through personalized coverage options. This is a remote position where you'll handle inbound inquiries, work with warm leads, and provide a seamless client experience. You'll combine customer service with consultative sales—no cold calling required. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, meeting individual performance and client satisfaction goals, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely and accurate information to meet their needs

  • Educate clients on insurance options that meet their needs, taking the time to understand their goals and objectives
  • Provide support throughout the application process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, building long-term relationships and loyalty
  • Track all communication and sales activity using CRM tools, staying organized and focused on key performance indicators
  • Meet individual performance and client satisfaction goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Requirements:

* Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Professional, empathetic, and reliable, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
  • Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), with a strong understanding of insurance products and services

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $82,000 per year
