Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth through effective product recommendations and sales strategies. You'll work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your passion for languages, customer service, and sales will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
• Drive sales growth through effective product recommendations and sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders
• Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Tint and mix products as needed, to customer specifications
• Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as needed
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations to customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient management of inventory
• Suggest ways to improve sales, contributing to the growth and success of the store

Essential Qualifications

* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
• If internal to arenaflex, you must have received at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal
• If internal to arenaflex, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position

Preferred Qualifications

* Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License

• Have at least a High School diploma or GED
• Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
• Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
• Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
