Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers to resolve their issues and provide solutions to their problems
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
