The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for providing quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers, and will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to current and prospective customers
- Deliver quality service and insurance recommendations to customers
- Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience
- Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
- Accountable and reliable

* Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $21.50 per hour
