Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide exceptional service
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently and quickly
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
