Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of products and services
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, including product, pricing, and shipping information

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
