The Role
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the primary interface for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll navigate our ERP system (SAP), Sales Order Automation tool, and B2B portal to process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and debits. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting and processing customer requests and general inquiries
- Collaborating with cross-functional team members to satisfy customer requirements
- Creating and maintaining ERP system records with a superior level of accuracy
- Maintaining company product and service knowledge sufficient to satisfy customer needs
- Consistently providing accurate, prompt, professional service, and follow-up
- Decisively resolving routine customer concerns
- Leveraging customer feedback to drive continuous improvements
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 or 4-year degree preferred
- Previous customer-facing experience and data entry experience
- Superior data entry speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior active listening skills with the ability to interpret client needs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build customer rapport
- Commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration
- Familiarity working with SAP and Salesforce a plus

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll enjoy a hybrid/remote working arrangement with flexible hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in onsite training in Keene, NH, for approximately 4-6 weeks during normal daytime office hours.
