As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-volume customer service to licensing applicants, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-volume customer service to licensing applicants in person and via phone, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations
  • Assisting applicants with outreach to other city agencies and interagency communication to help resolve issues pertaining to their license
  • Answering telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence, communicating applicant information accurately and efficiently
  • Attending seminars, meetings, and/or trainings to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Monitoring and providing coaching to other staff members to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
  • Performing ordinary mathematical computations while accepting and processing payments
  • Under supervision, performing clerical work, including complex data processing functions, recording, researching, checking, and maintaining records
  • Preparing and monitoring reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Following all division and agency policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization
  • One year of satisfactory clerical experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
