Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual

Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building rapport and long-term relationships with customers to encourage renewal/repeat business
- Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures, products, and programs to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
- Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
- Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
- Striving for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
- Meeting or exceeding department standards and guidelines, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
- A Property/Casualty Insurance License (desired, but not required; must obtain license within 90 days of employment)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience (desired); customer service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
