The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our Price Comparison Customer Experience product, which aims to empower customers to make informed financial decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and data engineers, analysts, and designers, to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users

• Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system's compliance with enterprise patterns
• Relentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions
• Create a vision and roadmap for your product that addresses stakeholder needs
• Partner with analysts, data scientists, designers, engineers, and others to continuously refine the roadmap and harvest insights from experiments and product launches
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms
• Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the project

Essential Qualifications

* At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

• At least 3 years of experience with SQL
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies (APIs, Big Data, Native UIs)
• Proficiency in handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R
• Experience with backend products and a willingness to challenge the norm and do what's right for the team
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to create a compelling vision and story to present to senior executives and inspire direct and partner teams

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $144,000 - $164,400 per year

• Performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI)
