Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
Schedule and Work Environment
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace with minimal background noise

- A laptop and cell phone will be provided by arenaflex
