Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and respond to customer requests, discussing options and procedures related to our clients' policies and procedures
  • Assist with site access and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Skills and Experience

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (previous experience will be considered)

  • Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), clearing cookies and cache, and screenshots
  • Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to provide complete responses
  • Professional and engaging phone voice, with a true desire to help people
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday (including evening shifts)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center experience

  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
  • Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to comprehend and articulate clearly to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment to improve service to internal and external customers, while also demonstrating an ability to work independently from home
  • Flexibility to work various shifts within hours of operation, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs

Work Environment and Culture

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home office, with periodic visits to our Warwick, RI location for team events, meetings, training, and business continuity.
