The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming new clients over the phone and guiding them through the onboarding process
• Taking live calls from our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
• Updating and confirming client details in our CRM system (arenaflex Logic)
• Answering simple questions and providing clear, friendly communication to put clients at ease
• Creating a positive and confident first impression that sets the tone for their experience

What We're Looking For

* Experience in receptionist, call center, or customer service roles, with a focus on phone-based communication

• A naturally bubbly, upbeat, and positive attitude – you bring the good vibes!
• Comfort with tools like G Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (arenaflex Logic is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail – every client matters
• A team player who thrives in a high-energy, supportive environment
