Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting and updating data into various databases and systems with high accuracy
  • Maintaining organized files and records to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • Performing basic math calculations as needed for data verification and reporting
  • Utilizing Excel and other spreadsheet functions to analyze data effectively
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies in data entries
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding data management and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, particularly spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required
