Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their concerns and provide product information
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with a CRM system and other software applications
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)
