Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide product expertise
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn
