Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers. - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment. - Experience working with a diverse customer base. - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
