Experienced Customer Success Manager – Freelance, Remote Healthcare Technology

With our platform currently serving numerous clinics nationwide, we're helping them save administrative time while maintaining compliance and improving patient satisfaction. We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to be the driving force behind our clients' success, ensuring smooth implementation and sustained growth of our EMR platform across MedSpa clinics. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to exceptional client satisfaction while keeping churn rates below 1% monthly. The position bridges the gap between technical implementation and business success, helping MedSpa owners and Medical Directors maximize the platform's value.
The Impact You'll Make
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead kickoff meetings and training sessions via Zoom to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Develop and deliver customized training workshops to help clients get the most out of our platform
- Guide clients through platform setup and configuration to ensure go-live readiness within 14 days
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address any technical or operational issues that may arise during the implementation process
### Relationship Management
- Conduct regular health check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify potential churn risks
- Monitor client satisfaction through Intercom and NPS surveys to inform product development and improvement initiatives
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their continued success and satisfaction with our platform
- Identify and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
### Growth & Expansion
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Recommend additional features or services based on client needs and preferences
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies for driving product adoption across their organizations
### Process Improvement
- Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives
- Create and update knowledge base content to ensure clients have access to the information they need to succeed
- Submit product enhancement requests to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Develop and optimize training materials to ensure clients have the skills and knowledge they need to get the most out of our platform
Essential Qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience conducting virtual training sessions and presentations
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
- Strong track record of maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
- Healthcare or MedSpa industry experience (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with EMR platforms or other healthcare technology solutions
- Strong understanding of the MedSpa industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives

What to Expect
