Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the go-to expert for product and solutions information, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering process with ease. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
