Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Fresno, CA. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence in customer interactions
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior team members
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software, email, and other communication platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
