Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and order fulfillment services to our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, using world-class technology to process customer orders and inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their interactions with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using advanced technology.

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Develop product and solutions expertise, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
