Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and providing expert product knowledge to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales growth

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
