Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide personalized support and solutions
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless and efficient experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
