Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. You'll be the go-to expert for product information, pricing, and shipping details, and you'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and address their concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance the customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
- Certification in customer service or a related field
