Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing superior service to customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat
  • Handling customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of products and services offered by arenaflex to effectively answer customer questions and identify sales opportunities
  • Identifying and resolving customer problems and concerns in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of customer accounts and information
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to maintain required skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

  • Sales: Understand the role of sales in a community bank environment and be able to address customer needs through appropriate sales and referrals
  • Team Player: View oneself as part of an overall team, support others throughout the entire bank to achieve overall goals

Education and Special Requirements

* High school diploma required; associate's degree (AA) from a two-year college or technical school or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years' experience in a related position preferred
  • Must be able to take initiative, accept responsibility, and work independently as well as being aware of and part of a team environment
  • Must consent to remote monitoring of incoming customer telephone calls
