Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and solutions questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering legendary customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
