Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Mobile, AL. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote work environment or working from home

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Knowledge of data entry software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
