Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service tools
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

* Onsite shift hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Compensation
* Pay from $22 to $27 per hour with significant growth and earning potential
