The Role

As an arenaflex Full Stack Customer Solutions Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding our customers through their multi-year journey to the cloud. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives. With your expertise in cloud computing and technical program management, you'll lead large-scale, technical or engineering programs, driving thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion - Collaborate with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies - Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive adoption and growth - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services, to deliver outcomes for the customer - Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, working backwards from customer key milestones - Manage cadence by leading reporting and tracking functions, ensuring timely delivery of education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions - Proactively help solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms - Evangelize arenaflex services and influence customers to adopt them - Drive innovation and deliver a great customer experience by deploying arenaflex solutions

Essential Qualifications

- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion - 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies - Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent - Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification - Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects or similar

Skills and Competencies

- Strong technical background, with expertise in cloud computing and technical program management - Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of driving thought leadership and business case development - Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to engage with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems - Ability to lead virtual teams and negotiate stakeholder buy-in - Enterprise cloud experience and operational excellence, with a focus on secure and robust solutions - Passion for delivering a great customer experience and driving innovation

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Competitive salary, with a range of $138,200 to $239,000 per year, depending on location and experience - Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401(k) matching program, with a focus on retirement savings and financial security - Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours - Access to ongoing training and education programs, including AWS certifications and cloud computing courses
