Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the best possible solutions. You'll also be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
