Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about arenaflex products, and recommend the right solutions. You'll also be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and recommending the right solutions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient operations
  • Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality results
  • Clean store equipment, maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring efficient and safe operations
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient operations
  • Suggest ways to improve sales, driving growth and revenue

Minimum Requirements

* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

* Have at least a High School diploma or GED

  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer concerns and improve sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and supportive attitude
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with the ability to make recommendations and provide solutions
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
