Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer service calls, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits and completing applications for insurance products

Essential Qualifications
