Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing suggestions for improvement.
- Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma required
- 3-5 years of administrative assistant/customer service-related experience
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP and Shopify is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Outbound calling experience is a plus
Shifts and Scheduling
Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. You'll have the flexibility to choose the shifts that suit your schedule and work style.

Pay Details
* Hourly rate: $19 - $22 per hour
