Key Responsibilities

As a Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Calling warm leads to set appointments and meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs
  • Providing personalized insurance solutions to clients, including Term Life, Whole Life, Mortgage Protection, Annuities, Index Universal Life, and more
  • Working closely with our team of mentors to develop and implement a duplicatable sales system
  • Utilizing our advanced training platform to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Building a network of clients and referrals to drive business growth and success
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with the potential to earn a six-figure income
