Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and understanding
- Utilize product knowledge to offer solutions, resolve issues, and up-sell products or services as needed
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and service quality
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns

Preferred Qualifications
