The Role
As a Director of Enterprise Customer Delivery, you'll lead a team of experienced customer project professionals focusing on different product and solution disciplines across North America and LATAM. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and expanding a team of experienced customer project professionals, focusing on different product and solution disciplines across North America and LATAM.
- Developing, articulating, and executing a clear strategy for the team, in alignment with the company's overall business goals and market trends, to continuously evolve and improve how we work.
- Working with and influencing strategic stakeholders to improve merchant experience, operations efficiency, and product delivery.
- Being an executive partner to the senior leadership of our merchants.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and expand highly effective and motivated Project Operations teams, build and expand better product delivery, and create an environment for continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and results in an environment of rapid growth. You'll be able to drive executive-level relationships with clients and other external stakeholders while forging excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, establishing yourself as an integral part of the commercial success. Some of the key qualifications and skills we're looking for include:
- At least 5 years of people management experience (preferably experience managing manager of managers and across time zones)
- Strong reputation for "getting things done" and an entrepreneurial mindset that drives accountability for oneself and others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and connect and collaborate seamlessly with a global, multi-cultural team working across time zones
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, lead, and grow high-performing teams and their leaders
- Proven track record of managing change and growing organizations at scale
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to spot operational and commercial opportunities to drive customer value and scalable improvements
What We Offer
As a Director of Enterprise Customer Delivery at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, drive innovation and growth, and make a meaningful impact on our customers' businesses. We offer a competitive annual base salary range of $230,000 to $311,000, plus RSU's. Our office is based in New York City, and we value in-person collaboration – we do not offer remote-only roles.
