Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer care to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide product information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Upsell products and services as needed
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
